We are offering FREE shipping to anywhere in the UK on orders over £25!
Our normal charges (per order) are:

*Notice: Orders received before 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the same day for delivery on the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders received after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, again using a 1-2 working days delivery service.
Any orders received on Monday to Thursday before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day for delivery on the following 1-2 working day depending on what shipping option you chose.
Please note that weekends, public and bank holidays are not considered to be working days.

Delivery
To ensure you get your order on time please leave a mobile telephone number so our couriers can text you prior to delivery.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays so please take this into consideration when you are calculating the number of days it will take to receive your package
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. All items must be returned to us with their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition (except when a product is being returned as faulty). We also request that all products must be returned to us via recorded delivery.
We will refund the delivery charges, if we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty. Full details of the returns procedure will be sent to you by email after we received your return request.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition for a refund or exchange.
